Halosenniemi is a fully renovated log house on its own beachfront plot in Haukipudas. A cosy living room, a new kitchen, a beach sauna and an outdoor hot tub with a sea view. Next to the beach sauna is a large private sandy beach, and the yard has fire pits and room for a party tent.

The venue holds 30 people in winter and 50 in summer.

The Sea Ray Sundancer 260 and the Bella 620 DC take your group by sea from Oulu city centre to the party. You won’t find a more festive way to arrive.
Cruises are also available on their own: 1–3 hours, with a swim and a sausage barbecue on an island.
I bought the old log house at Halosenniemi in 2023 and renovated it into the kind of place where I would want to celebrate myself: the whole house, a private beach and a sauna by the sea. The same idea runs through Hanka cabin in Syöte and the cruises off Oulu.

We celebrated our wedding for a couple of days in Halosenniemi’s stunning scenery. An absolutely amazing place and a perfect fit for exactly our kind of wedding. The gorgeous sandy beach, the fire pits on the shore and the party tent gave us plenty of extra space.
A great spot by the sea, and these surroundings are perfect for sauna and hot tub. The main house has been beautifully renovated with respect for the old, and even a bigger group fits in for the evening.
A cosy, clean living room, good sleeping spaces, and even the heatwave was no problem thanks to the air conditioning. Great sauna heat, and we loved the hot tub. Highly recommended!
